Right to cancel, return and refunds

  • Any damaged items are eligible for replacement. 
    • Claim must be filed within 3 days after the delivery date. 
    • Please take as much picture as you can for the damage with the item and the package
    • Claim can be submit in our Return Center
  • Wrong items are eligible for replacement or full refund.
    • Report must be filed within 3 days after the delivery date.
    • Pictures of the wrong item and package is required.
  • Unwanted items may return only if it is unused and in its original packaging.
    • Report must be filed withing 5 days after the delivery date
    • Buyer will be responsible for return shipping
    • Refund will be the original amount less the original actual shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee
  • If an item was not delivered and returned, buyer maybe charge for shipping fee both ways plus 20% restocking fee unless it is an seller or postal carrier's issue.
    • An easy return process can be found in our website under "Return Center" link. Returns with no return number may delay the return process and could result on decline on return.
    • Returning packages using a courier is at your own risk, it should be tracked. If anything should happen to the package, KeizerStar cannot be held liable.
